This issue happens when your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking the default FTP port 21. The default FTP port number that you should be using is 21. ![]() This error shows if you are using an incorrect FTP port number. "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server " You should verify again your FTP login credentials. The specified HOSTNAME or your server’s IP address isn’t correct and the connection could not be established. "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known" You should check your FTP Accounts from cPanel to see the exact path of your directory or create it if not present. ![]() This error tells you that the directory that you are trying to access no long exist on the server. For the other FTP accounts, you may access and reset the password via your cPanel Account under Files then FTP Accounts.
